Return Policy: 

 B.O.C. (Big On Confidence) Global Motivational Clothing Brand is dedicated to inspiring and motivating you through positive and uplifting clothing. 

B.O.C. want you to feel amazing in every piece of apparel, but I do understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s our return policy to ensure you have a positive experience with us:

Time Frame:   - All SALES ARE FINAL‼️‼️Unless otherwise you can exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.

 Condition:
- If Exchange is approved you must have the original condition item or product : unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a  exchange.

 Exchange Process:
1. **Contact Us**: To initiate an exchange please contact B.O.C. Clothing at bigonconfidence@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to EXCHANGE ‼️
2. **Approval & Instructions**: Once your EXCHANGE request is reviewed, we will send you an email with EXCHANGE instructions and a shipping label, if applicable.
3. **Ship It Back**: Pack the item(s) securely and include any forms we’ve sent via email. Attach the shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at the specified carrier location.
4. Exchange**: Upon receiving your EXCHANGE , we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 Shipping Charges:
- Customers are responsible for EXCHANGE shipping charges. However, if the EXCHANGE is due to a defective product or a mistake on B.O.C. Clothing behalf , B.O.C. Clothing will cover the EXCHANGE shipping costs.

 Sale Items:
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, but we may offer an exchange or store credit, depending on the situation.

 International EXCHANGE ‼️
- For customers outside [United States ], please contact us for specific instructions on international EXCHANGE ‼️
